Hotline Supporter

Location: Ha Noi
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from clients.
  • Consult service information and respond promptly to clients' inquiries about the QC system, both through telephone and online chats (Skype, Yahoo, web chat)
  • Manage and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Make calls and guide clients on different payment methods and the payment process.
  • Contact third parties (banks, payment gateways, etc) to solve payment transaction issues.
  • Make calls explaining why a client’s ad is rejected and help clients fix their ads
  • Record and report client's feedback.
  • Basic knowledge of online advertising and marketing; experience with Google AdWords is a plus.
  • Good communication and listening skills. Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Willingness to help and solve problems
