Job description:
We are looking for somebody who has at least 5 years of experience as head of marketing for medium or large organization in Vietnam or South East Asia. You have to be able to exhibit proficiency in performance marketing, brand management, marketing research and public relations. You need to have track record in marketing of mass market product in digital, FMCG or similar industries. Ideally you will have established relationships within advertising and market research agencies in Vietnam. 
We are looking for somebody, who is creative and innovative, but at the same time is organize and practical. Somebody who can manage a team and coach them to improve their marketing and interpersonal skills.
Your main objective will be creation of healthy and admired brand, and growth of our user base and their activity in our products. 
Location: Hanoi
  • “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct market research efforts of the company
  • Research our data and define problems or opportunities. 
  • Monitor success of our marketing activities with ROI in your mind.
  • Collaborate with other departments to uphold and promote company goals
  • Guide a unified approach of our organization to our brand, user acquisition, development and support
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Develop a feasible marketing plans for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, events, press etc.)
  • Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
  • Create a solid network of strategic partnerships
  • Plan and follow marketing budget
  • Deep understanding of changing digital market dynamics
  • At least 5 years of experience as Head of Marketing in large organization. 
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Good work spirit and ability to lead and inspire not only his team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate customer advocate
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing theories and principles across the marketing mix 
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Master degree in relevant area is not a must but an advantage
